Growing with awareness:

Your first step to truly living again

Italiano

Psychologist Dario Agradi

"You haven't fallen behind; you've just stopped to catch your breath. And now, even though your heart trembles, the first step is not to start over, but to return to living your life with the grace of someone who knows what it means to fall and get back up. Every small act of love towards yourself today is a root that will bloom tomorrow.

Intelligence Test

A trueclinical intelligence testit does not simply measure "general knowledge", but evaluates the efficiency of different cognitive processes in the brain. The global gold standard for measuring the Intelligence Quotient (IQ) in adults is theWAIS-IV Scale(Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale), administered exclusively by psychodiagnostic psychologists. Scientifically validated intelligence tests are not composed of "yes/no" type answers (like ADHD screening), but require solving logical and practical tasks divided into 4 macro-areas.Learn more

My 4-step approach:

1

Listening

People turn to a psychologist for reasons that deserve a space where they can be heard and understood.

2

Understanding

After a few meetings, we will see difficulties with a new meaning that enables us to act.

3

Feeling better

We identify the first steps to quickly regain our well-being, integrating the most effective techniques.

4

New horizons

Once we overcome the initial difficulties, with new awareness, we can continue to work together to build the life we desire.

The help you need, when you need it, where you need it.

"Your scars are not the end of the journey, but the point from which to start again with a new awareness. Starting over is not going back, it is choosing to live again, but this time with yourself as your most faithful ally."
